TownScan LLC operates an internal operational alert program ("the Program") on the toll-free number +1 (888) 602-4115. The Program sends automated system notifications from the TownScan GroundTruth platform to authorized TownScan personnel — specifically: notifications that a public-records (OPRA) response has been received, authorization prompts requiring a Y or N reply to approve or decline an automated document download, and data pipeline status alerts.
The Program does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages, and has no consumer or third-party recipients.
Messages are sent only to individuals who have given express written consent to receive them. Consent is obtained by a standalone signed authorization — it is never bundled into a purchase, a privacy policy, or any other agreement, and it is never a condition of receiving any product or service. Message frequency varies with system activity, at approximately 5–30 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. TownScan LLC does not charge for the Program, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you receive and to any reply you send.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to your number. You may also revoke consent in writing at any time by emailing jeff@gettownscan.com.

The Program is supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless provider and is outside the control of TownScan LLC.
Mobile numbers enrolled in the Program are used solely to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information collected for this Program — including phone numbers, opt-in data, and consent records — is sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
TownScan LLC may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
